Yes. Every digital design from RISE DIGITAL DESIGNS includes a commercial use license. You can use the files to create and sell physical products such as t-shirts, mugs, tumblers, and other print-on-demand items.
What am I allowed to do with the design file?

What am I not allowed to do?
